well, it wasn't really created by him but it involves the use of classic proverbs and so gets his name attached.
here's how to play. someone writes a proverb in as longwinded a fashion as possible and then other people try to work out what the original proverb was. the one who gets the final answer does the next one.
so, are we ready? here's to get it started...
a momentry flicker of the ocular cleanser has an equal affect to a brief, novel motion of accent to one for whom their cones and rods are needless.

its easier if you break it up.
you got "momentry flicker of ocular cleanser" with "winking"
try to find what "brief, novel, motion of accent" means
and what is one "for whom their cones and rods are needless" (CLUE: or in some cases useless)

yeah, that's what i've been trying to do , having problems with the whole motion of accent thing, but i'm trying hard! hehe
The whole rods and cones are needless is blind peeps, right?!

cool, so you got winking and blind peeps
"novel motion of accent"
Major clue: if somthing was novel, then you used your head. ie- i novel idea, an idea that seems clever enough to warrent the use of your head ;D

Right, here goes
A singular specimen, descended from the genus Homo is unable to physically exist upon the singulary sustenance of a staple food made from flour or meal mixed with other dry and liquid ingredients, usually combined with a leavening agent.
hehe, now don't get it too quickly, otherwise Roxxy'll feel all stoopid again!
