Finally finished Order of the Pheonix, so I am now going on to Northern Lights by Phillip Pullman!
Also, am reading Batman: The Dark Knight Returns graphic novel! Very cool, and was the basis for the movies!

Going by this, and your Batman post on the main Forum, it seems you are quite a 'Batfan', MPK...

*raises hand* another Bat-Fan here too. Though I'm fairly specialised in being a Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy fan. And I hate the orignal Batgirl. With a vengeance that matches little else, except perhaps my hate for Gretel.
And so that this isn't COMPLETELY off-topic, I'm currently (re)reading Bleak House by Charles Dickens and Sinner by Sara Douglass. Will be reading The Last Unicorn by Peter Beagle next week.

I'm reading a novelisation of the 1985 movie Clue (based on Cluedo), which I mentioned in some recent posts elsewhere. I find it useful to examine how the novelist tries to capture the nuances of the film in his writing - he's not always that successful though. I'm also trying to work out whether he is working from a final script draft or not, as some of the novel's dialogue diverges from the film's.
On the academic side of things, I am reading the Greek tragedy Medea by Euripides... in the original Greek.

Cool, I would like to see the play, cos the book is very interesting indeed!
Elita- Did u get a chance to see Birds Of Prey last year, it was on CNX? (that was a great channel, sadly gone)
It was a spinoff based around Helena Kyle, Barbara Gordon and the Black Canaries daughter (forget her name). The big boss was Harleen Quinzel, so I bet you would like it!

Because it was the biggest piece of canon-rape I'd seen since poking arounf the Harry Potter secion on ff.net. Also, Huntress is by far by most hated Batman char. And since when is Huntress the kid of Catwoman and Batman? And since when is Joker a metahuman? AND SINCE WHEN DOES HARLEY RUN ARKHAM ASYLUM?!?! Jeez, you'd think they'd do simple BACKGROUND CHECKS!!! Imma stop here, otherwise this rant could go on for a while and involve me breaking things.
