I don't have a particular favourite, but it depends what mood I'm in and the song. I like the songs more than the groups.

Here's my list... Queen (fave band in the universe) G4 (my fave new group in the universe, up there with Queen in my eyes) I hear that G4 are doing a cover version of Bohemian Rhapsody. To me, this is absolute heresy - it's Queen's music, and Queen's lyrics. It's one of the world's favourite songs, and the best way to pay tribute to it is to listen to it, not to record a new version. If G4 is talented (I haven't heard them yet so I can't judge), why are they trying to make money off a song that, to many, many people, is sacred and can't be improved upon? That's how I see it, anyway. Since you're a fan of both bands, Jon Ansell's Girl, what do you think?

I DON'T think it's heresy - in fact, Brian May (and Roger Taylor) loved G4's version of it - and I read he wanted to record a version of Who Wants To Live Forever? with them (it's true, by the way). He is a fan of them, he keeps mentioning them on his own website. Many of the G4 fans are huge Queen fans as well...who all can't help thinking that Freddie would love them too (they are operatic, and Freddie loved opera)...I rest my case. Anyway, they're not trying to improve on it at all - the only difference is their voices (and they are Queen fans themselves).
Lol, I'm not into heated debates so I'd just like to say that's my opinion and I'm not arguing about it ;D

It's alright, I'm not looking for a debate - I just wanted to know what you thought. Thanks for sharing your opinions. As I said, I haven't heard G4 so I can't judge properly.
