Thanks  I had a nice, quiet birthday - my sister and niece were through and we went out for a meal at a restaurant in town. My main present was a new mobile phone, I also got Series 4 Doctor Who DVDs |

Glad it went well and you had a nice day. Mine's on 1st Jan and this year I decided I'd get a lift into town to see what shops were open. I knew Debenhams was open because of their sale. I was surprised that over half of the other shops were open as well and the town was quite busy. All was well until I decided to make my way home. Being New Years Day there's no buses and so I had about a half hour or so walk and was slightly loaded. I got a new mobile as a pressie a couple of months ago. Well it was more a personal treat to myself.

Thanks. I didn't get much (no nothing from Woolworths), but we did get my brother and nephew for a few days though and my brother took us out for a lunch.
