Hmm, how about a newbie board? It mught encourage people to join, especially when they know they can introduce themselves properly! I know most, if not all of us come from the main board, but it'll give everyone the chance to see who's who. Just a thought, anyway!

That's a fantastic idea! Ask them to post their fave stuff, pet peeves, what they'd like to be called and their age and where they're from if they so wish...

Yeah, nice idea, it was about 3 days before I built up the courage to post on the km forum when i joined back in June, feels a million years ago...

LOL, we have a knewbie board but no-one's posted on it yet! Most of us have too many posts to post one now!

i'm considering moving some of the "hi im new" or "look its me" threads from general...gah, too much effort at this time in the morning. it really doesn't matter for those from the regular forum as most know each other...it's more for those who wandered here either by accident or wish for some reason not to post on the regular board??  |
