Maybe a thread for people to describe themselves a bit?

I'm 20, from Essex. I was born on 14.10.82 and I have blonde hair and blue eyes. I used to be a fat-arsed b*stard but I've managed to fix that. I like progressive rock and write and record my own using a vast array of home-recording equipment. I've just finished my second year at Essex uni doing a degree in maths. I have absolutely no idea what to do with my life and I'm sh*tting myself that I've done diddly-squat with it so far and that I'm not able to change that.

I'm also slightly neurotic and obsessive. You'd never guess!

I was born on 24/7/80 and I live in Stewarton, which is a 30-minute train journey from Glasgow. I haven't lived in Stewarton all my life though - up until the age of 8, I lived in a village called Airth, on the east coast of Scotland. My dad died when I was 6 from a blood clot in his brain as the result of an injury in his leg My mum and I moved to Stewarton two years later and we've been there ever since.

When I was a kid I was really timid and wouldn't speak until I was spoken to. I would also take offence at light teasing, often confusing it for bullying. Fortunately I got more confidence over the years, but in high school I was still too quiet to make any best friends - as a result my only friends are people on the Internet! But now I've reached a level of confidence that I feel comfortable with - I'll never be loud (thank god!), but at least I'm not a timid mouse any more - that's never good.

Anyway, I absolutely love sci-fi and fantasy stuff on TV, in movies and in books! I'm also really into video games and have a couple of consoles - a GB Advance and a PS2 (which is quite new!). I have a broad taste in music and only really dislike annoying novelty songs. Finally, my appearance - I'm 5' 6", with short, curly red hair and I have to wear glasses for the TV and distances. I have a Jack Russell crossbreed, she is called Topsy and she just had her 12th b'day. ;D

umm a description about meh... I'm a bit of a different person at home and in school...
Well I'm 15 born in 11.6.1988. Dark gold hair with abit of red (really hard to desribe) and I have purple stripes 10 of them. I'm 158 centimetres and have glasses I was born and still live in Helsinki thats in Finland and my dad died (drank too much...) when I was about 6... I have a annying little brother whos daddy had a problem. He thought only about money and now lives in Norway. I'm strange and alwys the lone wolf in my school at home and on the internet I have friends you guys and a few on a pet site. I love to RPG or tell one of my pet dragons to attack someone on a forum or sopehting else similiar.... And I love fantasy and sci-fi stuff and writing and drawinf and....I cant think of anything else long message and I have a puppy named Nikki Pandemonium

Hey! I'm Lucy tho I'm mostly known as Roxx, Roxxy or the males like to call me Foxxy, (can't think why?!) I'm 18 and was born on the 2nd January (a week late, I was due on Boxing day!) And I'm gonna go to Southend in September to do a degree in Media Production and Technology. Compared to others, I've had an extremely easy life so far, I was never picked on at school, even though I was the brainiest in the class and my home life's great too, I've lived in the same house all my life with two older brothers (who are technically half brothers but i call them brothers) and me mum and dad. (Plus 3 black cats and 2 canaries!)

My personality is quite unique, i was shy as a very young kid but now (unfortuneatley for gamegirl) I'm what you'd descibe as 'loud'! hehe perhaps I'm just trying to make up for the fact that i'm a rather puny 5 foot 1 (and a half) tall! (and to that black and red hair and you've got quite a sight!) I've got a wicked sense of humor and according to my friends i'm pretty funny, i'm very outgoing and once you've met me, you'll rarely forget me! (Apparently!) hehe

Anyway, I think that's all there is to write about me, but if i think of any more i'll let you know, tho you're probably sick of me by now!

Hehe. I was thinking the same about my own post.

My real name is Andrew. I think I'm around 6' (but I'm very unsure of that - I may be a bit taller than that).

I've lived in the same town all my life (South Woodham Ferrers in Essex). I lived in my first house from when I was born up until December 1986, before we moved to the house where we have lived at ever since.

I'm fairly outgoing, but on a superficial level. In company I'm usually on a kind of autopilot. It's quite odd!
