Hi everyone.
Nice job on the forum. It's just like the main forum- even down to the number of IMs I've received. "Hey, GG, you have 0 messages, 0 are new." Darn my lack of charisma in five shades of blasphemy.
I like the colours and such; I do hope the Ads. disappear soon because they're extremely annoying when navigating around. I like quiches too. Some of the grammar on the "news" and such could do with a few tweaks, but I'm just a pedant who can't resist the chance for a slice of pedantry. (Or a slice of quiche.) I'm not sure about the "games not serious enough for illusion" or whatever it says. I don't think Illusion would get as animated as those few people who'd nag him via IMs that people are posting pointless things until the poor soul gives up the will to live. What are you looking at me for?
Did I mention that I like life-force quiches?

heh, about the "games not serious..." i agree. illusion is the most laid back and helpful admin you could want. i've just heard complaints about pointless games on the forum (none from illusion, proving how unfair that statement is) point approved...change imminent. grammer/spelling not my good points but ill have a look at the news too. thank you and welcome GG  edit - hrmmmm, as far as ads go someone said they may go in sept anyway?? a rumour? i dont know. i'll look into paid features later but for now i advise "ad-aware" as it'll block loads of pop-ups everywhere. also i find pop-ups occur less as it gets later and later (or in this case earlier and earlier) colours ;D, heh |

I was the one that said about Proboards going ad free in September;D , as far as I know they are, they held a vote in the official proboards site, which basically decided that the only ads will be the banner. Hope that helps!

Although I'm not that bothered about the ads, there aren't that many and most of them are pop-under, which aren't nearly as annoying as the old, 'you have one new message' or the 'people could be attacking your computer right now!' or the 'you have won an amazing prize which could be a holiday to the bahamas but is more likely to be a cheap ball point pen, anyway just call this very expensive, premium rate number to find out! (calls cost £6/min)'

I know what you mean about pop ups! When you go onto my site (www.emiib.8m.com) a stream of popups practically follow your cursor accross the screen...and I can do nothing about it!
Are grammar and games really that worth picking over? I thought all forums were fine - games are more for this forum because if you want to play a game on the other one, it preferably has to be Knightmare related, and some people get sick of the same theme occasionally!
GG...if you want some IMs, IM someone else and you'll get a reply!
