I keep getting this res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/navcancl.htm#http://www.albartus.com/motas and the This page cannot be displayed messages. I can't see why it would be the browser beacause I am using the same browser as before and I don't know why it would be because of my computer, but then thinking about it I might have to install Flash Player as I'm not sure if it's installed but I thought that it was. With the main Knightmare site it's to do with the server and definately nothing to do with my computer or browser.

I need help again with MOTAS - in level 10, I have got the ball and the security card. I have managed to use the security card and solve the puzzle, but it doesn't seem to help me. This time, I'm certain that there is no action I have not thought of.

ditto! hehe i'm trying to find more as so many people have enjoyed them!
Joe GJ- you're gonna have to describe the situation a little bit more, is this the one with the four colour circle puzzle? in that case you need to click on the puzzle again, raising it up so you can get the key in the 'safe' thing behind it
;D

Has anyone found anymore Timewasters lately? Back to Motas, I had a thought about if there were any ways to get onto the site and came up with the idea about trying Netscape and it worked. I managed to redo the whole thing for a second time and it took me about quarter of an hour to go through it as apposed to about three or four days the first time. Has anyone been to Motas lately or indeed found anymore timewasters?

I haven't played MOTAS anytime recently, becuase I was stuck on the green wall puzzle. I have read what other people have said about it (to turn the right-hand column green before going on to the next), but I still can't solve it. I am sure that you are meant to turn the entire wall green, but when you click on a tile, all the tile surrounding it change colour - from black to green or vice-cersa. This is the difficulty. Can anybody give me some tips here?

Indeed, all you have to do is work your way from left to right. Make sure each block on the left column is green before moving on to the next one along to the right.
You do not have to light all of them, just all but about 7 of them. Going from left to right means this is easily done.
Otherwise, it takes you literally 400 moves or so...

No, I am still stuck. goodknight, you say to work from left to right. I can get the entire left-hand column green (with some others), but if I then click on any tiles in the next column, I remove the green from the tiles in the forst column. You say that you just need to light all but about 7 of the tiles. In what position are the tiles that can remain 'unlit'? Will I know immediately if I have completed it? Or will it just change something else that I will only notice after leaving the wall?

Right get the left column sorted, miss a column out and then start on the 3rd column, getting all the ones in the second column green by pressing the buttons in the third column. Hope that makes sense and i cant find any other puzzles ;D

Has anyone done the motas one again lately. I will probably do it again in the not too distant future, when and if I have time to waste,

Actually, you can use just www.fasco-csc.com/works/crimson/crimson_e.php instead of the lycos URL (you get no pop-ups then). I'm stuck. I'm in the room I start in, and in my inventory I have: A red box (I can't open it) An empty CD case A gold key A silver key A key with a square end described as 'an ordinary key' (found inside the CD player) A power cord A ring A memorandum giving a URL I'm sure there is literally nothing else that can be done here. I went to the URL given on the memorandum, but I just get a table where I can reveal the numbers '5979' and click on a link (4 ?s) to the homepage of the FASCO-CS site, with a link to several more games. (This doesn't seem to be of any immediate relevance). Can somebody tell me what to do, as I'm certain it is literally impossible to progress further. I've tried all the keys on the door and the box, but none work.
