I'm still stuck in the first room. Are you supposed to do anything with the poster and the screw in the first room as I can't seem to do anything with them. Just say yes or no.

Well I've managed to finally get to the third room. Can't seem to find much there though. I figured out about the screw and the poster after I posted my last message. Do you have to complete the survey to move on then? If so I couldn't get the survey to appear when I clicked onto the website. I will hopefully try again tomorrow as it's getting to late for me to do anything about it now.

Mmm....carpet tiles.... The survey is just an advert, I think. Still flummoxed by that ruddy ACME machine. Carrying a log of wood and looking at a stuck thermostat. I was always useless at Point And Click adventures...

Right, played it firsts time reached level 5 but had to go for a bath. The log must be placed on the acme machine, making sure you turn off the lamp to restore power. Then put the burning log on the fire to make a fire. Then place the triangle on the machine to split it into pieces. Take it to the keypad and rearrange it so there is a little gap where the little square metal piece moves. This will unlock the door and voila!

I completed it yesterday, although it's a 'to be continued' type thing. See what I mean about the wonder of procrastination! Glad i've got everyone involved in this, even though I can just sit back and gloat at all your problems hehe Did anyone else find trapping a head in an empty diskette box vaguely amusing?! ;D *edited to say 'ignore the survey' i didn't do it and they still let me complete it fine. I signed the guestbook, but you wont see that till the end....

I found the 'trapping the head' very bizarre!

The fact that they call it a 'rat' too is a bit weird....
Completed it again today, it's not that interesting once you know what you're doing

Cor, Level 5 was long...some of the things I just had to guess on. Level 8 I think I'm on. Danged Commodore 64...I've got it running, I'm playing the game, but I can't get any further....where's Patrick Moore when you need him?

I don't know which level I'm on now, but it's the one with the pen and paper. I can't seem to find much of anything anywhere nor figure out what to do with the pen nor paper. I presume you have to finbd a way to use the pen to sign the paper but I guess I'm wrong as I can't figure out anyway how to. Is there anyway you can save where you are so that you come back to the level you where on when you left?
