What really annoys you so much? For instance, during tonights Knightmare ep, I happened to be looking through a newspaper and caught sight of a certain story. It was about a sick old lady who is in a nursing home. The lady is or should that be was trying to sell her £200,000 home to pay for her care. To move into the home her nephew, I think had to pay towards it. Anyway the home the lady was selling cannot be sold at the moment because five squatters have decided to move in. They have left a note saying that there is always at least one person in the house at a time and anyone else who enters the home will be prosecuted. They said that they were able to get into the home because it had been left open.

I encountered the same story. The police are powerless, apparently, because the house has no signs of forced entry. The old woman's son will have to pay £1000 in legal costs to have any hope of getting the house back. I'm not annoyed by it, I'm appalled - I don't know how the squatters can live with themselves (no pun intended).

Thankfully, reading The Sun newspaper at work over the past few days, The Sun managed to get those sqatters out. Here's todays story from The Sun page www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2004340725,00.html

Oh, excellent! There may be more to The Sun's involvement than meets the eye, but it seems like they've done the house owner/'s family a service.

I don't believe it: for the first time in its deplorable, despicable, disgraceful, disgusting, dishonest, repulsive, miserable, obscene, odious, lying, libellous, corrupt, malign, vindictive, horrible existence, the Sun has done some good.

I take it you don't have high opinions of the Sun then do you?

I hate the fact that criminals have more rights now than the victims!
And another thing that annoys me is parents blaming video games (which are the ones usually 18 certificate), for murders of people today! I am of course reffering to the Manhunt arguement!
Yes, I am sorry for her son losing his life like that, but the parents knew full well what kind of game they were playing on, and is their discretion for them to allow the ir son to play on it! Also another point is how they got the game, if they bought the game being underage then the shop is in the wrong, however if someone else bought it for a minor it is the parents discretion to stop them playing that game!
By saying that it affects impressionable minds is patronising to minors because it says that they do not know right from wrong, and can be easily influenced. In that sense, this gives the parents no trust at all in their children, nor in their decision making!
Yet again the videogame industry is blamed for the actions of unfit minds!

Oh really!
If a burglar breaks in to yours house, while youre in it, you cant actually physically try to stop them! What are you meant to do, talk them out of it!?
Oh and lets not forget about defending yourself against criminals, cause they will sue you For any damages that they receive!
Its bollocks!

If a burglar breaks in to yours house, while youre in it, you cant actually physically try to stop them! Yes you can, you just can't shoot him in the back when he's not threatening you yourself in any way, like that bastard Tony Martin did. Oh and lets not forget about defending yourself against criminals, cause they will sue you For any damages that they receive! I think you are confused as to the legal interpretation of "reasonable force".

Actually, I think you'll find I am right! You cannot lay a finger on a burglar on your property! Look it up!
And "Reasonable force", yeah right!

Ah well you start a thread to air your views calmly and a full blown argument is the result. I think that maybe we should cool it a bit before something badly serious happens. Please!

Or be charged with murder and then, under pressure from the all too vocal (and idiotic) minority, get off with a four-year stint for manslaughter.
